1. No Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept exchanges once an order has been placed.
  • Please review your order details, including product size, color, and specifications, carefully before completing your purchase.

2. No Refunds

  • No refunds are offered for any purchases. Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it is considered final and non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will review the issue and determine an appropriate course of action, which may include repair or replacement, at our discretion.
  • Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product, along with your order details, when reaching out to us.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately.
  • We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed.

5. Return Policy

  • Returnable within 2 days of delivery (5 days for Diamond tier members). Custom-made orders are not returnable.
  • The product's original tags and seal, if attached, must be intact for a successful return. If the original tags are missing, Kostume by Devshree may decline the return request and send the product back to the customer.

For International Orders:

  • A restocking or return-handling fee of USD 100 or up to 30% of the product's selling value will apply on return requests, depending on the user's frequency of returns on our website www.kostumebydevshree.com.

For India Orders:

  • A restocking or return-handling fee of INR 200 or 5% of the product's selling price will apply on return requests for users whose frequency of returns on our website www.kostumebydevshree.com is greater than the average return rate.
